Today was pretty quiet.
I cleaned around the house & fought with a program on the computer. I won with the program working,
but it won with not a trace of my last writings! Ugh.
The thrilling part is when I go to Faith's school 30 minutes early to get a parking space. She is just so lovely after school.
Before I get home I wonder why I was excited to pick her up!
She doesn't like school, she hates the worksheet she has every day & even I am starting to wonder about the partially done worksheets that didn't get finished, but don't need returned. Do other 1st graders have this many worksheets during a day?
Today she was crying before we even started the homework!
So, I sent her to her room
where she cried & screamed for a bit.
I was watching her & think she may have the ADD stuff too. She gets really distracted. Poor kid. I had that too.
Now, homework
is done; school photos
are paid for, & she is watching teli.
My aunt Shelley is in the hospital still & not doing well. :( It seems she feels it is her time. It is sad, but I have never known someone so strong!
I don't think I could have fought this many years. Cancer sucks!
We love you Aunt Shelley!

You can ALWAYS make me smile, you made me giggle through this post, i know it wasnt meant to be funny but i am easily distracted.
Poor Faith, i cant believe she is still getting those work sheets, i think you need to speak to the teacher, just for some peace of mind, you know. Masie has not come home with one work sheet since she has been in 1st grade.
I am thinking of your Aunt Shelley, she sounds like a strong, lovely woman:)
Thank you! She is a very strong lady. :) And I love to make people laugh. Now I know I have done my job! :)
