Funny girl!

My daughter was taking pic's in the car yesterday on the way to get Connor! Funny story further below that mum's can laugh at!
My daughter!
This morning my daughter was washing her "dishes" in the sink (like a good girl) when I looked up & saw her right "cheek" out of her unders. I asked her, "What is that doing out? Did he forget where his home is?" Within a few seconds she responded, "Maybe he wanted to play outside today."
I about cracked up!

Dodge for the day, again....

We went to Dodge to see Connor.

This was in the park, isn't it cute?
Boy I hate this driving! We had lunch after the park, got Connor a new pair of shoes, walked around Hobby Lobby & went to see Short at the movies. After that we took Connor back & drove home.

Still sick.....

This is my Sickie Girl!
She was waiting on her potatoe soup, which she is now happily eating!
This is a paper Faith made at school of she & Masie with a birthday cake for Masie's birthday.
So, other than my sickie girl laying around, Minnie Mouse was taken to the vet to get "fixed" this morning. Here they get to stay over night! Talk about spoiled. Probably better for them as well.

A wierd Wednesday

Today, Faith stayed home. She was a little toasty this am & her nose was stuffy. And it couldn't be a quiet day, because this is my family. So, we ended up down at the SRS building where I filled out more papers for Connor to get medical coverage. Muffin said she was hungry & I asked what she would like & she said, "Wendys! They're fast!" And compared to Alamo, all these fast food places here are actually fast!

Gave her some Benedryl to help with her nose, which makes her bounce off the walls. I think she has worn herself out as she isn't even rocking in the chair she does acrobatics on! (Chair from A Tess)

Finally got Faith's shelves up!

Grandma, the dolls you have given me!
What a Ham!

Pic's from my Sister, Tess.

This is from Faith's Birthday.

This is Faith's Bra.

This is the poor cat I accidently left behind, Mickey Mouse! Poor thing!

This is what dinner time looks like at my sisters! A few are mine!

Worried

I am worried about my Muffin. She told me this morning she "doesn't like this school very much". She isn't making any friends. It makes me sad as she looked forward to going. I don't know what to do......

Our Saturday with Connor

A present from Christmas. Connor finally got to open it & took it back with him. Happy boy!
Faith & Connor playing at the water park.
I'd look like this too, if I had a kid on my tongue!
Connor going across!
Taking a rest!
This is Faith's favorite area.

This is Faith "practising"!

Go ahead, ask what she is practising. She has been doing this every night. I think she is trying for a heart attack. For me, not her! This black chair rocks & she loves it. Landed on her head after these pics. Too bad I didn't have the camera ready for that one. She is as hazardous as Ian! Not necessarily a compliment!
The chair rocks forward to get her here! Augh!

Some of the Cats

OK. Here are some cats just for Kerry!
This is Scrawny being lazy in the kitchen window. Sox woke her when she sniffed at her foot!
Scrawny is our "licker" & mom junior. She grooms kittens & humans alike.
This is Sox looking all pretty. I named her Sox as the white on her back feet look like socks falling off. On her front she has some toes black & some white. She is a very friendly kitten.
This is Sox again. She was after the handle dangling from the camera!
Look at those little claws! I got Sox this year from Pet Sense. It was Faith's fault! Up till then I would go in without looking. 9 was enough! However, I got this critter, who was ity bitty for my birthday! (Well, that is my excuse & I am sticking to it!)
Thinking about another go!
This is Scrawny again on my desk. She kept moving! Cats are soooo cooperative!
She was adopted from the pound. She was very "scrawny" & sick. She is full grown, but small. Not the most beautiful of names, but it is her!
This is my June Bug. She has been a pill since being her; tinkling on Faith's bed. She's never done that before! I have been doing a lot of laundry. (Thanks!)
June came from an owner who was afraid her dogs were going to hurt her. She had a funky name I couldn't remember, so we named her June, since I got her in June. She can be touchy & my sister loves to terrorize her. She will nip, ratta tat at her & run off. My sister is easily amused!
June has gotten better with letting Faith pet her. She has come out of her shell a bit without Holly & Jap chasing her. She now swats at all the others if they come close to her!
This is my lovely Snowflake. She is beautiful, deaf, & can see ghosts. At least we think that is what they are!

I adopted Snowflake from the childrens' librarian in Alamo. None of her siblings are deaf, although it is possible in these pure white cats.
The one cat not on here, that is with us is Minnie Mouse. I will have to add her later. Just now she is growing & her legs look too long for her. She also has a "beauty mark" on her nose. We had a Mickey Mouse, so went for Minnie. The vets love it when they say these names out loud. I wonder how humiliating that is for a cat? I guess it would depend on if they have seen the cartoon!
Well, I got her. This is Minnie Mouse. She has hit her "young woman" phase & drove me nuts the whole trip & the last couple weeks. Luckily, she has let off this week & is getting fixed next Thursday!
It isn't too easy to see her but her "beauty mark" is on the left nose hole. And check out those long legs. You should see it when she stands up!
And here she decided to roll for you!
Well, that is it for the ones here. I will add the others in NM later.

Ian's 1st day in IA!

Look at my baby boy! Isn't he a cutie? I wonder if he is embarrased yet? Imagine, he was my biggest baby too! 9lb 10.5oz! Amazing I had another, huh! He had a good day. He has a male teacher & despite how much I miss him, I am very glad he is a happy boy! I love you Bubbies!  Mom
